REFUND POLICY

Full refund will be made if we are not able to ship ordered item on time and if customer is not willing to wait longer than a standard order processing time 

RETURN POLICY

We accept return for exchange only within 10 days from the date of delivery with the same style and price item. Cost of shipping in case of exchange payable by the customer and refundable by PayPal if order paid by PayPal. Return and exchange of shoe care products is not acceptable. Return for refund is not acceptable.
